Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
If a manufacturing fault occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or impact
- Loss or theft of the item or any gemstones
- Damage caused by alterations, resising, or repairs carried out by third parties
- Damage resulting from improper care, storage, or exposure to chemicals
For the avoidance of doubt, diamond or gemstone loss is not covered unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the loss resulted directly from a manufacturing defect in the setting.
Stone Security and Inspections:
To maintain the integrity of gemstone settings, we recommend that all jewellery be professionally inspected at least once every 12 months to ensure that stones remain secure.
Gemstones may become loose over time due to normal wear or impact. Failure to have the item periodically inspected may invalidate claims relating to loose or missing stones, unless the loss can be demonstrated to have resulted from a manufacturing defect.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
